1. Introduction

Welcome to My Best 11 ("the App"), a fantasy football game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and participation in our fantasy football competitions. By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 can't access the App.
The App is available to users in UK.
Employees of Fantasy Sports Arena and their immediate family members are not eligible for prizes.

3. Registration and Account

Users must create an account to participate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Multiple accounts per user are prohibited.

4. Gameplay, Leaderboard & Pool Prize Distribution

Users can participate in multiple game formats, including:

Fantasy Football
Result Predictor
Event Predictor

Points are awarded based on the accuracy of users' selections, derived from real-world sports data provided via the Sportsmonk API.

Leaderboard rankings are calculated based on cumulative points, and the final leaderboard determines prize distribution.

Winners are determined as follows:

Fantasy Football: Total fantasy points based on player performances.
Result Predictor: One point per correctly predicted match result.
Event Predictor: Three points per correctly predicted event (e.g., total goals, both teams to score).

In the case of a tie, the user who submitted their team or predictions first will be ranked higher.

All contests operate under a pool betting model, where:

Participants pay a fixed entry fee to join a prize pool.
The total pool is aggregated and 20% is retained as a platform commission.
The remaining 80% is distributed to winners based on final rankings:
- 1st place: 50%
- 2nd place: 30%
- 3rd place: 20%

Users select 11 players each week based on real-life football matches.

Points are awarded based on player performances as per the scoring system outlined in the App.

The leaderboard is updated regularly based on user scores.

5. Prizes and Rewards

Prizes are funded through pooled entry fees after deduction of the platform commission.
Prizes are awarded based on final leaderboard rankings.
The method of prize calculation and pool structure is clearly explained before entry into each contest.
All game outcomes and points are based on verified third-party data from Sportsmonk.
In the event of a tie, priority is given to the earliest valid submission.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
The Company reserves the right to withhold prizes in case of fraudulent activities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate the game, including using bots or multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.
Offensive, discriminatory, or abusive behavior will lead to account suspension.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without any guarantees.
The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in player statistics.
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Consumer Transparency & Fairness

We are committed to full transparency regarding how our games operate and how prizes are distributed.
Scoring rules, prize structures, entry fees, and game deadlines are clearly disclosed in-app before users join a contest.
Users can access real-time updates, rules, and results from within the app interface.
Only users aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in paid contests and receive monetary prizes.
All funds held on behalf of users are maintained in segregated accounts, protected from insolvency and operational use.
